Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must.
- Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation.
- 3+ years of work experience with Commercial Litigation.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent writing/editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions.
- Draft Litigation documents and motions.
- Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals.
- Represent clients in courts.
- Work independently, effectively prioritize, and manage time.
- Manage client portfolios and communicate effectively with internal leadership.
