Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year Integrated Program: Students currently in their 4th or 5th year.
- 3-Year LL.B. Program: Students currently in their 3rd year.
- Attributes: Strong legal acumen, proficiency in research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra), and a commitment to full-time presence in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct exhaustive legal research on complex questions of law.
- Prepare bench memos and case summaries for daily hearings.
- Assist in proofreading and editing draft judgments.
- Attend Supreme Court proceedings to observe arguments and judicial observations.
- Support the law clerks and the judicial office in documentation and case management.
