About Opportunity
Legitpro Associates LLP is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious law student in their final year of an LLB degree, whether pursuing an integrated or a 3-year course. We are seeking an intern who exhibits a keen interest and foundational expertise in the fields of general corporate law, M&A, and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the research and analysis of legal documents related to General Corporate, PE/VC, and International Commercial Arbitration cases. Support their legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Participate in the preparation of case briefs and legal arguments for arbitration proceedings. Engage in the assessment and management of case files, e nsuringcomprehensive support to our clients.
Eligibility
- Currently in the final year of an LLB degree, either integrated or a 3-year course.
- Demonstrable interest and preliminary expertise in General Corporate Law, PE/VC, and International Commercial Arbitration.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
