About Paid Legal Internship Opportunity at T&R Law Offices
T&R Law Offices is looking for one long-term intern to join their Corporate and Commercial practice at T&R Law Offices, Delhi, commencing June 1, 2026.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲
This opening is specifically for students in their 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme or 2nd year of a 3-year LLB programme.
T&R Law Offices is looking for candidates who can commit to a sustained engagement and the internship is structured for six months, with a genuine possibility of conversion into a Trainee role for the right candidate at the end of the term.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬
You will work directly on live matters across our key practice areas:
1. Mergers & Acquisitions: We advise both founders and investors on startup transactions, including structuring, due diligence, and transaction documentation (SHA, SSA, and related instruments).
•Intellectual Property: Trademark, copyright, and design filing and enforcement mandates, including contentious prosecution work.
•Regulatory Practice : We regularly advise clients on SEBI-regulated structures, including VC/AIF formation and Merchant Banking licensing matters.
•Creator & Digital Media Advisory: We work with some of India’s leading digital creators and YouTubers, including pre-script legal diligence and IP risk assessment on content.
•Contracts & General Corporate Advisory: Day-to-day advisory, contract drafting, and transactional support.
The work is substantive. You will not be filing papers in a vacuum and you will be sitting in on real transactions and contributing to real mandates.
