Key Role Expectations
- Active Practice: Everyone drafts, appears, and argues before courts, engages directly with clients, and works on cases from the ground up.
- Self-Driven: This is not chamber practice; juniors are not accessories to an individual practice.
- Work-Life Balance: The firm usually avoids long working hours and late nights, expecting lawyers to manage and prioritize timelines effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or equivalent degree.
- Relevant Post-Qualification Experience (1–4 years, depending on the role).
- Strong demonstration of sincerity and positive attitude (especially for 1–2 years PQE).
- Ability to manage and prioritize timelines.
