Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Drafting: Preparing specialized IP documents including Plaints for infringement suits, applications for John Doe orders (Anton Piller/Mareva injunctions), and written submissions for final hearings.
- Court Advocacy: Making effective oral submissions before courts and tribunals, handling miscellaneous applications, and managing trial procedures.
- Trial Preparation: Drafting motions, preparing witnesses for depositions, and conducting rigorous cross-examination strategies.
