Role
- Process improvement by analyzing the complaints received at Exchange and other portals
- Take effective steps to curtail the referring of case to ODR and Conciliation level
- Replying to exchange/regulatory complaint/s within the specified internal TAT of the Company.
- Coordinating with other internal Stake holder for closure of complaint and identification of process gap and development
- Maintaining of Investor complaint register across all the exchange/s
- Submission of Investor charter and BOGR asper exchange timeline/s
- Attending of Conciliation before the Regulatory and ODR
- Periodical meeting with CSG Team for effective reply on the direct complaint to reduce the burden of Exchange complaints
- Analysis and finding for facts in Arbitration cases
- Drafting and Attending of Arbitration Cases
