Sumit Chanchal & Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its team, with a primary focus on ROC compliances and filings and exposure to litigation and IPR matters.
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern
- Internship Type: On-site
- Location: Rohini, Delhi (Office located in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi)
- Stipend: Stipend will be provided as per the experience.

Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing LL.B.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Knowledge of ROC compliance procedures and MCA filings preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ROC compliances, including drafting annual reports, annual filings, and other statutory submissions.
- Manage Trade Mark matters including search reports, filing, oppositions, and counter-statements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and notices.
- Assist in litigation matters before DRT, District Courts, Consumer Courts, and NCLT.
- Provide general legal and administrative support.
