PSL Advocates & Solicitors is hiring for the position of Associate to join their practice in Delhi, focusing primarily on Arbitration and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.
Qualifiaction
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years Post-Qualification Experience.
- Strong understanding of dispute resolution and commercial laws.
- Exposure to or keen interest in Arbitration and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
