About Legal Job Opportunity at DM Legal India
DM Legal India is hiring for an experienced Associate to handle a mixed portfolio of Litigation and Non-Litigation work, specifically focusing on Real Estate and Commercial matters.
Qualification
- Prior law firm experience in litigation and/or real estate preferred.
- Strong exposure to Civil, Commercial, and Real Estate Litigation.
- Experience in Arbitration, Debt Recovery, and Insolvency (IBC/NCLT) matters.
- Experience in Drafting & Vetting Development Agreements, JVs, MOUs, Conveyances, Lease Deeds, and POAs.
- Experience in conducting Title Due Diligence and preparing Title Reports.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle matters independently.
