Qualifiaction
- Qualification: LL.B. (Mandatory); LL.M. with specialization in IP (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Trademark and Copyright laws; working knowledge of Patent and Design laws preferred.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple matters with strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in IP databases, e-filing systems, and docket management.
