This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on exposure to legal, compliance, and regulatory advisory work while working closely with clients and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Compliance & Regulatory Matters
2. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts, NDAs & Agreements
3. Legal Research, Opinions & Case Summaries
4. Corporate, Contract & Labour Law Advisory
5. Litigation Support, Legal Notices & Court Documentation
6. Client Coordination and Meeting Support
7. Field Visits and Client Meetings as and when required

Eligibility

1. Strong drafting and communication skills
2. Willingness to travel locally for client visits and field assignments
3. Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven attitude
4. Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
6. Marathi Speaking Candidates Preferred
