Shandilya Law Offices is inviting applications for its Winter Internship Program (December 2025). This is a hands-on, in-office role offering exposure to live cases, research, drafting, and mandatory court visits. Exceptional interns may be considered for recruitment.

Internship Details

  • Position: Winter Intern (December 2025 Intake)
  • Mode: In-office (with mandatory court attendance as per case schedule)
  • Duration: 1 to 3 months
  • Stipend/Benefits: Based on experience and performance.
  • Leave Policy: Four (4) casual leaves (prior intimation mandatory).

Practice Areas

  • Diverse Litigation (Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Land, Arbitration)
  • IPR and Cyber Law
  • Legal Research and Pleading Drafting

Eligibility

  • Law students and recent graduates with strong drafting and research skills.
  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Practical understanding of legal groundwork and willingness to attend court proceedings.
  • Enthusiasm for a variety of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and prepare concise memos.
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
  • Assist in case preparation and factual groundwork.
  • Attend courts and assist in hearings/arguments as required.
  • Support supervising lawyers with day-to-day legal tasks and filings.
